We actively engage the community, elected leaders and candidates to find the best solutions for our families and neighbors. Russell Nowak joined ROEGT in 2001 as a precinct captain working his way up to deputy committeemen. For more than a decade Russell was school board trustee for District 57/59 in addition to duties as trustee for the mosquito abatement board. Who we are
Edward Lapinski, Committeeman & Chairman
Ed Lapinski has lived in Elk Grove Township since 2014 and currently serves as Committeeman and Chairman for ROEGT since 2022. He has helped assist various campaigns including Bobby Piton for US Senate, David Shestokas for IL Attorney General, and Joshua Alvarado for IL Senate 28th District. [email]
Amy Osterman, Deputy Committeewoman & Activities Chair
Amy has been a member since 2022 and has wasted no time in getting involved. Not only has she been one of ROEGT's top volunteers in bagging and distributing candidate's literature, she has selflessly given many hours of her time to also distribute yard signs, as well as helping to hand address hundreds of pieces of mail for this years membership appeal. She currently serves as the appointed Deputy Committeewoman, ROEGT's Activities Chair, and also leads the Picnic Fundraiser Committee.
Art Niewiardowski, President
Art has been a member of the Republican Organization for over 15 years and served as Committeeman and Chair of ROEGT from 2014-2018. He has served as President of ROEGT since 2018. He is President of Nevarr Inc’s three corporate divisions serving local homeowners, construction companies, municipalities, landscapers and other industries since 1970. Art is the current Elk Grove Township Highway Commissioner and was appointed to that position in 2013. [email]
Dale Niewiardowski, Vice President
Dale is the current Vice President of ROEGT, and has been a member for over 15 years. He was elected to the position of Trustee for Elk Grove Township in 2013. Dale graduated from Elk Grove High School Class of 1986, and also graduated from Triton College River Grove. He is Vice President of three local businesses: Nevarr Inc. Lawn and Construction Equipment Division, Nevarr Inc. Public Safety and Homeland Security Division and Nevarr Property Management, LLC. [email]
David Prichard, Executive Secretary & Treasurer
David Prichard has been a key member since joining in 2022 when he graciously accepted a role on ROEGT's Board. He has been instrumental in bringing his experience having served on many other executive boards, while also being more than generous with his time to assist getting many new endeavors off the ground.
Bill Scott, Membership Chair
Bill Scott is current membership chair for Elk Grove Township Republican organization (2019); distinguished career in financial research and consulting; devoted husband, father of three daughters and grandfather to an adorable grandson; 36 year resident of Mount Prospect with three children who went through its public school system.. Dino Baschiera, Election Chair
Dino Baschiera is a retired business owner. Dino owned and operated a construction company for over 40 years. Dino served as District Administrator for the Little League Organization based in Williamsport, PA for over 10 years. Dino joined ROEGT in 2016 and currently serves as an Election Chair.
